Tickets

Now we sell Early Bird Tickets for Brainstorm Festival 2025. These tickets give access to the entire festival on 7 and 8 November 2025 in Podium Gigant in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands.

If you are under the age of 18 at the moment next years festival takes place, then you can wait a bit longer, as at a later moment combi-tickets for a reduced price will be available.

You can buy your tickets with iDeal or creditcard (NL) through Podium Gigant. In our webshop we sell Friday-tickets with paypal or creditcard (English).

Transaction costs are calculated as best as possible in the ticket price, but because of the high costs of paypal we have to charge 0,50 euro extra in our webshop.

Terms and conditions

• In case of cancellation of the festival by the organisation, festival tickets will be reimbursed in full.
• In the event of restrictions on the number of attendees at the festival based on health regulations, the organisation retains the right to cancel festival tickets and reimburse them in full.
• Festival tickets are not refundable at the request of the visitor and cannot be exchanged. However, in consultation it is possible to upgrade a festival ticket.
• On presentation of a positive Coronatest (maximum 3 days old) it is possible for the visitor to cancel the festival ticket.
• Changes in programming, including cancellations of bands, do not entitle the visitor to a refund of the festival ticket. Brainstorm Festival makes every effort (depending on the situation) to realize the most suitable replacement.
• The organization of the Brainstorm Festival reserves the right to verify the identity of visitors.
• Access to the festival may be refused for security reasons.
• The artists and organization of the Brainstorm Festival cannot be held liable for any damages, loss or theft, nor for any other kind of accidents during the festival.
